Curious about trying a fast-paced and unique combat sport? Join us for an energetic intro session to Canne de Combat with Gérald!
This French martial art, closely linked to savate, involves a light wooden weapon used to hit targets on the opponent’s body (legs, torso, head, back). Players combine attacks, jumps, spins, and dodges in creative sequences, all while avoiding being hit themselves.
It’s dynamic, strategic, and surprisingly easy to get into — a fun and challenging way to experience combat without brute force. 💥
