EuroGames Lyon 2025 Organization
Three major players in the fields of sport, inclusion and diversity combine their experience and teams for an ambitious project that embraces essential values.
CARGO
Cercle Associatif Rhône Alpin Gay Omnisport, the largest LGBTQIA+ sports and cultural organization in France, with 1000 members and over 10 sports and activities. Every 2 years, Cargo organizes the Tigaly international sports competition, with 12 sports and over 1,800 participants.
LGBT+ Federation
The LGBTQIA+ Sports Federation brings together over 50 associations in France, covering more than 40 sports and 7,500 athletes. Every year, the Federation organizes an international tournament in Paris, bringing together over 3,000 athletes of all nationalities over 3 days.
OSL
Lyon’s Sports Office brings together the city’s 300 sports associations. Over 110,000 athletes in more than 150 activities, supervised by volunteers and city representatives. They are an essential partner for the EuroGames Lyon 2025, creating bridges and legacy to the project.

Cédric Lemarié
President
Cédric Lemarié, former President of the Cargo association, is behind the EuroGames project in Lyon. A fan of running, swimming and cycling, he is the key link for all the groups involved in the EuroGames project. His passion for sport and his experience in the associative field make him an essential pillar in the success of this event.
Hélène Germain
Vice-President
Hélène Germain, Vice President of the EuroGames and President of the LGBT+ Sports Federation, is a fervent Dragon Boat enthusiast. With her unwavering commitment and expertise in sport and inclusion, she works to create a diverse and inclusive sporting environment. Her energy and determination are major assets in ensuring the success of the EuroGames in Lyon.
Mark Lavoye
Operations & Eco-Responsibility
Mark Lavoye is a tennis enthusiast you're probably likely to meet at tournaments. For the Tigaly competition in 2023, he was essential in creating the most eco-responsible sporting event ever held in Lyon and France. For the EuroGames, he's continuing in the same direction, combining inclusion, diversity and eco-responsibility to set new standards in the world of sport.
Anaïs Dunoyer
Operations & Eco-Responsibility
Anaïs Dunoyer, member of Cargo's Badminton section, is involved in the EuroGames as part of the operations and eco-responsibility team. She brings all her expertise to the project set-up and follow-up, ensuring that every aspect of the event runs smoothly and sustainably.
Benoit Lebreton
Co-Events Manager
Creator of the Suzanne en ville brand, Benoit takes care of organizing festive events. As well as playing volleyball, he knows all the places and people that liven up Lyon's nightlife. He will offer you the best of evenings and unforgettable experiences.
Emilie Roussel
Marketing & Events
Émilie, a member of the squash and soccer sections at Cargo, works as Marketing and Communications Director in in her every day life. She puts her experience at the service of values that are important to her, lending her support and commitment to the marketing projects and events that will punctuate the EuroGames week in Lyon.
Laurent Perrier
Co-Events Manager
Laurent, Cargo's former Activities Manager, practices self-defense and squash. Pragmatic and highly organized, he knows his local partners well. His efficiency and reliability will ensure that every phase of your event project runs smoothly.
Emilie Lengard
President of the CARGO Association
Since July 2024, Emilie Lengard has been the President of the Cargo Association. Known for her good humor and energy, she served as the Head of Cargo's Badminton section for several years. Emilie is unanimously appreciated and serves as the essential link between Cargo's 1,000 members and the organization of the EuroGames in Lyon in 2025. Her passion and commitment make her a key player in the success of this major event.
Thibaut Gigou
Inclusion Team
Thibaut Gigou, who has been involved in inclusion and diversity actions for several years with the Cargo association, is a sports fan. He brings his experience and passion to promote a sporting environment that is open and welcoming to all.
Laura Dubuis
Secretary & Sports Coordinator
Laura Dubuis holds the indispensable position of secretary. Her organization and sense of timing make our meetings efficient and constructive. She is also a member of the boxing and self-defense sections within the Cargo Association. Thanks to her dedication and precision, Laura ensures smooth coordination and impeccable management, actively contributing to the success of our projects.
Jon Hauser
Sports Manager
Jon comes to us straight from the United States. A passionate runner, he is responsible for finding the perfect venues for each competition. To do this, he is assisted by sports coordinators in charge of all the sports proposed. His expertise and passion for the sport ensure that every event takes place in optimal conditions.
Simon Arias
Sports Co-Manager
Simon Arias is a member of the Sports Team. Part of Cargo's Badminton section, he always has a smile on his face. As the newest addition to the team, he quickly won everyone's approval. With such a dynamic team, the sporting competitions will not only be organized with professionalism but will also feature the unique touch of conviviality, a hallmark of Lyon's events.
Adrien Frodefond
Budgeting and Finance
A member of the Swimming section at Cargo, Adrien Frodefond served as the treasurer of the association for several years. He also oversaw the financial aspects of the Tigaly project. Now, Adrien has joined the Finance team for the EuroGames Lyon 2025. His financial expertise and project management experience are valuable assets in ensuring the success of this event.
Thierry Deteix
Financial Manager
Thierry Deteix, a sailing enthusiast, is the financial captain of the EuroGames. He oversees budget planning, expense tracking, and manages the overall financial aspects of the event. His expertise and attention to detail ensure a meticulous and transparent management of resources.
