Event registration takes place at Lyon City Hall. All athletes must go through this welcome point to collect their wristband, which is required to access all venues. No check-in will be available at the sports venues.

- At Lyon City Hall – Place des Terreaux (1st arrondissement)

- Your pink accreditation wristband
- Your welcome pack: sustainable goodies, program, venue map, key info
- Answers to all your questions — logistics, sports, or practical matters

It must be worn at all times throughout the event.
🎟️ What if your sport requires the wristband to be removed?
For some disciplines (e.g. contact or water sports), the wristband may need to be removed before practice for safety or regulation reasons.
In that case, a new wristband will be given to you at the end of your competition by the organizing team on-site.
📝 A clear procedure will be posted at the relevant venues and shared by the sport managers.
⁉️ What do I do after check-in?
Once you’re checked in, head to the EuroGames Village to pick up your official event t-shirt, grab a drink, and enjoy the Chill Zone and on-site activities.
