Welcome to EuroGames Lyon 2025! This procedure is designed to facilitate the accreditation of journalists, photographers, and television crews wishing to cover this major sporting and cultural event. Accreditation is mandatory to access competition venues, conferences, and media-restricted areas.

The EuroGames are Europe’s largest inclusive sporting event. More than 5,500 athletes and 1,000 volunteers will gather in Lyon from July 23 to 26.

Accreditation Procedure
  • Please fill out the accreditation form before arriving at the EuroGames welcome desk at Lyon City Hall.
  • Pick up your wristband from Wednesday, July 23 to Friday, July 25, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (non-stop). At Lyon City Hall – Place des Terreaux (1st arrondissement). Look for the EuroGames signage.
  • The wristband is personal, non-transferable, and must be worn visibly at all times on EuroGames sites.
  • Compliance with safety rules and instructions from volunteers and the organizing team is mandatory.
  • Photographers and videographers must respect designated access zones and avoid interfering with the competitions.
  • The use of drones is strictly prohibited without prior and specific authorization from the organizing committee and relevant authorities.
  • Any violation of the rules may result in immediate withdrawal of accreditation.

A media space with a photocall, high tables and chairs is available at the EuroGames Village located on Place du Maréchal Lyautey, Lyon 6th district.
