Under the summer sun of Lyon, join us for a triples Pétanque competition, open to everyone! ☀️ Whether you’re an expert or a beginner, this is the perfect opportunity to share a moment of fun and inclusivity, where the sound of boules will echo in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! 🎶
📅 Two Days, Two Competitions!
To allow more teams to participate, we have decided to organize two identical competitions, one on Thursday, July 24, and another on Friday, July 25.
📍 Location: Our host club, ALGM, which has 12 courts, allowing us to host 24 teams per day.
👥 Total number of teams: 48 triples, split over two days.

Come with your team of 3 players, or let us randomly assign you to a trio for a unique experience! 🎳
Don’t have a full team or want to play solo? No problem! We will find partners for you so you can fully enjoy this exciting day!

Yes, of course! The competitions are open to spectators. Come and cheer on the teams and athletes and enjoy the unique atmosphere of this inclusive sporting event that celebrates diversity. Admission is free for spectators and the atmosphere is guaranteed!
Registration is by team of three players (triplette). If you want to register on your own or if your team is not complete, don’t worry! We’ll find you partners to form a team and share this fun-filled day. 👥
Yes, the Pétanque competition is open to everyone, whatever your level. Whether you’re an experienced player or just want to have some fun in the sunshine of Lyon, everyone is welcome! ☀️
This is a triples tournament, with each team made up of three players. The tournament will be played in a spirit of respect and goodwill, in keeping with the values of the EuroGames. The aim is to score points by placing your balls as close as possible to the jack, whether you shoot or point! 🔵🔴
Yes, the winning teams will receive medals 🥇 and other surprises to celebrate their victory. But over and above the rewards, it’s the spirit of camaraderie and fair play that takes pride of place in this competition! 🎉
Yes, pétanque balls will be available to borrow during the event, but there won’t be enough for everyone. We recommend that you bring your own equipment if possible to ensure you can participate under the best conditions.
