🚴♀️ Cyclo-cross at EuroGames Lyon 2025!
Get ready for a cycling race like no other! In the heart of Parc de la Tête d’Or, take on a unique cyclo-cross/gravel course with surprise obstacles and a passage through Lyon’s velodrome. No elevation, but a unique atmosphere awaits with a great view for your supporters from the stands!
🏁 Race format:
- Organized in 3 phases, with 15 to 20 cyclists per race.
- Each race lasts between 20 and 30 minutes, spread throughout the day.
- Each person will do 3 races.
🚵♂️ The course:
- Loops around the velodrome, on varied terrain: dirt, grass, sand, tarmac/concrete.
- No major technical difficulties, the course is suitable for all levels.

🚲 Types of bikes:
Ideally a cyclocross or gravel bike, but an MTB, hybrid, or touring bike will work just as well!
👥 Who can join?
Mixed-gender race until the final round, with ranking by category.

♿️ Paracycling
The cycling competition is open to everyone, with the option to participate in tandem. However, given the nature of the race, 3- or 4-wheel bikes are not recommended. The competitions will be mixed, including both disabled and able-bodied athletes of all genders, with no specific race for paracycling. If you have any specific requests, feel free to contact the inclusion team so we can support your participation in the best way possible.
