🎾 Padel at EuroGames Lyon 2025: Competition and Inclusion
The Padel competitions of EuroGames Lyon 2025 will take place on 24 and 25 July 2025 at Vitamine 7, located at 8 Allée Eugénie Niboyet, 69007 Lyon. As the first LGBTQIA+ padel competition organized in France, the event is open to all skill levels and promotes inclusion through mixed-gender matches.
📅 General Schedule
Thursday 25 July
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Qualifying rounds for levels C & D
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Qualifying rounds for levels A & B
Friday 26 July
9:00 AM – 1:30 PM: Quarter-finals and semi-finals (all levels)
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Finals (all levels)

Venue: Vitamine 7 / Campus Sportif Gisèle Halimi, 8 Allée Eugénie Niboyet, 69007 Lyon
Level Categories:
- Category A: advanced players
- Category B: good level
- Category C: intermediate
- Category D: beginner
Match Format: 45-minute matches, except for the finals which will be played in 3 sets with no time limit
Each participant is guaranteed to play between 3 and 4 matches during the competition.

The venue offers an urban and dynamic setting for padel competitions. It will feature:
- Accessible facilities, including access ramps and adapted changing rooms.
- Equipment rental available directly on-site, provided by Sportfield, a partner of the Lyon Metropolitan Area.

Padel is accessible to participants with disabilities. The facilities at Campus Sportif Gisèle Halimi are designed to be inclusive, featuring access ramps and adapted changing rooms. Participation arrangements will be tailored to meet the specific needs of registrants.
Venue: Campus Sportif Gisèle Halimi, 8 Allée Eugénie Niboyet, 69007 Lyon. Accessible via Metro Line B, “Jean Jaurès” station, followed by a 5-minute walk along Avenue Jean Jaurès.
Two entrances are possible to access the venue:
📍 15 Rue Philippe de Lassalle, 69004 Lyon (entrance from the bus stop)
📍 17 Rue Louis Pize (entrance from the Hénon subway station or nearby Vélo’V stations)
